We offer 4 levels of delivery service for Mainland UK. Please note that these rates are not available to customers of Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands.
Standard Fast Delivery (3-5 working days) is FREE within mainland UK on all orders over £35
Items will be received within 5 working days of receiving your order, subject to payment being cleared.
If there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your item we will call you to arrange an alternative delivery date. If you would not like to wait for your product you can cancel your order.
All goods over £35 are despatched using a courier and will require a signature on receipt.
Standard Fast Delivery (3-5 working days) is £2.50 within mainland UK on all orders less than £35
All goods are shipped using Royal Mail. A signature is not required. A postage and packaging charge of £2.50 is applied to goods in this category.
Fast Delivery (2-3 working days) is £6.00 within mainland UK on all orders.
Items will be received within 3 working days of receiving your order, subject to payment being cleared.

Next Working Day is £12.00 within mainland UK on all orders.
Items are sent via next day courier service with a charge of £12.00 . Items are sent subject to payment being cleared. Items will require a signature on receipt.
If next working day delivery is not possible you will be contacted via telephone to arrange for alternative delivery (with a refund of £12.00) or full refund. If we cannot contact you via telephone, an email will be sent to you advising that we have temporarily cancelled your order until you can be contacted via phone.
Please note: Orders placed bewteen Friday PM and the following Monday AM will be delivered on the next working day which is Tuesday. Bank Holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year are not classed as working days.
Saturday AM Delivery (before 12.00am on Friday) is £35.00 within mainland UK on all orders.
Items will be received on the following Saturday morning before 12.00, subject to payment being cleared.

If a Saturday delivery is not possible you will be contacted via telephone to arrange for alternative delivery (with a refund of £35.00) or full refund. A courier service is used where a signature is required on receipt of goods.

These delivery charges apply to orders over £35, lower priced orders will be sent with royal mail at a charge of £3.50.
International Orders
At this time, we are only shipping globe orders to Postcodes on the Mainland UK, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wright, The Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For deliveries to other Postcodes and European destinations please email us for possible shipping rates and further info.
Failed Deliveries
Our delivery company will deliver between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. It is your responsibility to be available when they deliver. If you are not available they will leave a calling card for you to arrange redelivery or collection. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our courier company that are beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to late delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, the item arrives with you damaged or is unacceptable, we will make every effort to rectify the situation to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If an item is damaged or you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide to send them back please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
A credit will be issued upon our receipt of the item less any original and return shipping costs (£8.00 for desktop globes and £15 for larger globes).
We will send you an e-mail to let you know when we have processed your return.
When returning an item -
- Please enclose a note, giving the reason for the return.
- If the item is faulty please give a full description of the fault.
- Wrap the package securely, if possible in its original box.
- For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
